Every CO START support training registration includes a suite of support resources:
1) a two-day immersive and intensive support training workshop—The COstart.
2) a robust 15-hour support preparation course—the PREstart.
3) 100-day coach-led consultation and collaborative cohort with 3 other support raisers—the COhort.
4) Two personal 1:1 coaching meetings with our CO funding coach
Join us for our support-raising training on June 1-2, 2026, at the CO SERVE Center in Birmingham, AL, for our two-day intensive and immersive workshop to prepare you for your CO staff journey. Each CO contingent staff member must have ordered and completed the PRESTART workbook or the PRESTART online course. Additionally, each staff member must download The Spirituality of Fundraising book and purchase The Treasure Principle and have them both read before the start of the training. The training will start promptly at 9am on Monday, June 1st, and end at 5pm on Tuesday, June 2nd so you can plan your travel and assignments.
